KEEP THE SLAB. RETHINK THE REPAIR.

Choose the concrete area you want assessed

Different concrete areas need different assessments. Start by naming the surface that has settled: a walk, drive, patio, garage floor, set of steps or pool deck. That choice shapes which assessment fits and which questions to ask before any work is discussed.

Find the right starting point

01

Start with the surface that is uneven

Choose the area that matches your concrete: sidewalk, driveway, patio, garage, steps or pool deck. A lifting method name alone does not show that a slab is suitable, so the surface and its condition come first. If you manage a property, also plan who needs access and who must approve the work before anyone is scheduled.

02

What lifting does not cover

  • Lifting existing concrete is different from replacing it, which removes the old slab and pours a new one.
  • Coatings, pipe repairs and structural foundation stabilization are separate scopes that need their own qualified expertise.
  • Ask each estimate which work is included and which work would need a separate specialist.
